Scattered across the Wasteland are walking, talking reminders of the apex of humanity’s technological achievement: Robots. Built before the Blast to carry out tasks both simple and complex, robots participated in everything from caretaking to warfare, becoming an important part of pre-Blast life.

Now robots wander the apocalyptic landscape. Some still seek to carry out their last orders and assignments, while others have developed something akin to sapience in the time since the bombs fell. While many of these automatons are hostile toward humans and mutants, there are some who would consider the organic lifeforms to be their friends.
